Our take
Galaxy S24 Ultra is the phone we recommend when someone says they take photos of stages, whiteboards, or signs across a street. The zoom cameras are the point. Everything else — the huge bright panel, the S Pen, the battery — supports that “I do real work on this slab” idea.
S Pen notes are still a genuine advantage. If you mark up PDFs, jot meeting actions, or sketch a layout, the Ultra feels like a tool. If you never uncap the pen, you are paying for hardware you will ignore — buy a regular flagship instead.
It is heavy. After a week you either stop noticing or you switch back to a smaller phone. Try to hold one in a store if you can. Online specs will not tell you how it feels at hour three.
