Our take
AirPods Pro 2 are the earbuds we recommend to iPhone owners who have been using the free earbuds in the box and wondering why calls sound thin. Spatial tricks are optional. The real upgrades are seal, ANC, and the way they appear on your phone without a ritual.
Transparency mode is good enough that we leave it on in stores and on sidewalks. That is the test: do you actually use it, or is it a demo? Here, you use it.
Fit is personal. If they fall out, it is usually the tips, not the product. Spend five minutes on the fit test in iOS. If you are on Android as your only phone, buy a different brand and save the Apple tax.
